Villa Chameleon, an exceptional luxury estate in the lofty heights of the exclusive Son Vida neighbourhood with breathtaking views. The main building hosts among other spaces the living room, the bedroom suites, the kitchen and an impressive wine cellar. The second building features the pool, wellness and fitness area and a large guest house forms the third building. The residence is a 21st century representation of timeless architecture blending seamlessly with the natural surroundings.

We are grateful for the opportunity to collaborate on this project with the fantastic Spanish-Argentine duo Patricio Munoz and Juan Carlos Erralde. Everyone involved in the project shares a common aesthetic: reduction to the essentials, clear forms, straight lines, simple elegance and timeless purism.

The secret to creating stunning interiors is the audacity to make a visual statement. In this modern finca, we have left no detail untouched, creating a luxurious yet modest design with exciting and unique details. Our aim was to combine luxury and simplicity with elegant and minimalist interior design to give guests the experience of the true charm of Mallorca.

This villa offers several spaces to enjoy during your stay: An inviting entrance hall, a cosy lounge, relaxing bedrooms and bathrooms to retreat to, and of course a great kitchen and dining room with stunning views of the pool area and surrounding countryside. Another highlight is the spacious terrace with its modern fireplace, which invites you to end each day in comfort.
